Campaign terms

1. ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by "iDeal Group" AS "iDeal" | Brīvības iela 31, Rīga, LV1050 ( Organizer).

2. CAMPAIGN NAME

“Apple devices with zero costs. 0% interest, €0 down payment, €0 contract fee. Plus, a gift voucher with every purchase of a Mac, iPhone, or iPad.”

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

06.12.2024 - 02.01.2025 (hereinafter: "campaign period").

• 4. CAMPAIGN TERMS

  4.1. During the campaign, customers can purchase a new MacBook Air and Apple Watch from iDeal stores or the online shop with 0% interest installment plans, as well as AirPods with the “Pay in 3 equal installments” plan.

  4.2. The campaign applies to all MacBook Air, Apple Watch, and AirPods models paid for during the campaign period.

  4.3. The installment period for MacBook Air with the special interest rate is up to 24 months, and for Apple Watch, up to 6 months.

  4.4. 4 AirPods models can be purchased with the “Pay in 3 equal installments” plan, which allows the customer to pay for the product in three equal interest-free installments. Learn more here.

  4.5. The campaign cannot be combined with ISIC/ITIC cards or other partner-specific discounts. Campaign can’t be combined with trade-in campaign.

  4.6. The installment plan provider is Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, review the installment plan terms and submit an application.

  4.7. The credit provider is SIA “Inbank Latvia” (licence number: 40103821436, Adresse: Akmeņu iela 14, Rīga, LV-1048) . Before signing the agreement, carefully review the terms of the proposed contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of SIA “Inbank Latvia” or another specialist.

  4.8. Additionally, all customers who purchase any Mac, iPhone, or iPad model from iDeal stores or the online shop during the campaign period will receive a gift card in the following amounts:

  • For purchasing a Mac: a gift card worth €50
  • For purchasing an iPhone or iPad: a gift card worth €25

  4.9. Each purchase includes one gift card, which can be used as a one-time discount until the date indicated on the card: 31.03.2025.

  4.10. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4.11. Only one gift card can be redeemed per purchase. A €25 gift card can be used if the purchase amount is at least €50. A €50 gift card can be used if the purchase amount is at least €100.

  4.12. Gift cards can be used in both iDeal stores and the online shop by entering the unique code printed on the card.

• 5. OTHER TERMS

  5.1. The participant confirms that by participating in the campaign, they are aware that the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of "iDeal Group" AS "iDeal" (read more: https://www.en.ideal.lv/privacy-policy). By providing their personal data to the Organizer in the context of the campaign, the participant grants the Organizer consent to process their data for the purpose of sending campaign-related information.

  5.2. Any disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

  5.3. Any complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be submitted in writing with the note “iDeal Christmas Campaign” no later than 15.01.2025 to the email veikals@ideal.lv
