Personal data is information that iDeal collects to perform a contract signed with a customer and to contact him. The collection of personal data of loyal customers may take place in the following ways:

• from customer's account information when accessing the website or through cookies;
• when person's contact information or purchase preference information is stored, after making a purchase or ordering in our store or online store (iDeal may request in certain areas of the website to provide voluntarily personal details and information. We also collect non-personally identifiable information - information that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (gender, age, language preference, location). Use of collected personal data

With the personal information we collect, we can inform our customers about iDeal's product news, campaigns, and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be on our newsletter list or be notified of products that may be of their interest, may remove themselves from the list anytime. We also use the personal information we collect to deliver the products and to fulfill our obligations to the customer. For better customer service, iDeal may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides iDeal services and is contractually bound to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner, whose job is to deliver products or to provide leasing services.

We have personal data processors. The iDeal Group AS branch of the iDeal Joint Stock Company will only transfer personal data if necessary to authorise payments to EveryPay AS.
