Content of the Premium Program service package: 1. Additional protective layer: protective glass, including installation set. iDeal expert consultant will provide the installation of the glass if the customer requires it. 2. The set-up of Apple ID with the assistance of an iDeal expert consultant. 3. Free loaner device over the duration of repairs. A loaner iPhone shall be lent to the party from the Service for the duration of the service free of charge. Regular loaner device terms and conditions will apply. This service may be used 2 (two) times per calendar year. 4. Technical assistance with the operation of the iOS “Find” function. Package validity: 1 (one) year from the date of purchase
