4.CAMPAIGN TERMS AND RULES
4.1. During the campaign period, it is possible to lease all products marketed by iDeal at 0% for up to 12 months. It is possible to lease products for longer periods, but after the campaign period the standard interest rate will be added to the customer's monthly payment.
4.2. Campaign products cannot be leased with additional discounts such as ISIC/ITIC or special offers from other iDeal partner.
4.3. The campaign offer is valid for private individuals only.
4.4. Leasing is provided by SIA "ESTO LV AS" (Company's registration number in the Commercial Register: 40103050993, Company's registered office address: 74 Gustava Zemgala gatve, Riga, LV-1039) To find out the exact monthly payments, please submit a leasing request. 4.5. Before signing the contract, you should carefully read the terms and conditions of the proposed contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of ESTO LV AS or another expert.
4.6. The Campaign Organiser reserves the right to change the Campaign Rules during the Campaign.
5.OTHER RULES
5.1. The participant confirms that he/she is aware that by participating in the campaign, the Latvian branch of C&C EE OU processes his/her personal data in accordance with the C&C EE OU Privacy Policy (for more information see: https://www.en.ideal.lv/privacy-policy ). By participating in the campaign, the participant gives the Organiser consent to the processing of his/her personal data within the framework of the campaign.
5.2. All disputes arising out of the Campaign shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
5.3. All claims related to the organisation of the Campaign must be sent in writing with the reference "ESTO 0% līzings" no later than 15.03.2025. to the e-mail info@ideal.lv
